Your Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Writesuit. We do not claim any ownership rights to your documents, notes, or sources.

We never sell or share your content with third parties. Your intellectual property remains yours alone. By using Writesuit, you grant us only the minimal license necessary to provide the service to you—specifically, to store, process, and display your content within your private workspace.

This limited license ends when you delete your content or terminate your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Writesuit to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

iOS App Terms

The Writesuit iOS app operates under special terms:

• No account creation: The iOS app does not create or require a Writesuit account
• Apple subscription management: All subscriptions are managed exclusively through Apple's App Store
• App Store terms apply: Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service and App Store policies
• Local data storage: Content created in the iOS app is stored on your device and iCloud (if enabled)

Our Intellectual Property

The Writesuit service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Writesuit and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

Writesuit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified before use. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in AI-assisted output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Writesuit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your data according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms
